Collab Opportunity

Collab Submission

A few housekeeping points to note:

  • Completing the form does not mean the idea is approved.
  • Once the form is submitted, production will determine whether the project is able to fit in the current brewing schedule to meet requested timelines, and if the concept is achievable.
  • Following approval by Production, it will need to be determined whether there needs to be a meeting with the venue, their sales rep, and Searlzy to discuss the concept, batch size, and price expectations. This meeting ideally is done remotely, or in the tasting bar if it can be arranged conveniently and quickly.
  • Searlzy will then create a recipe and determine COG’s, which will be submitted to Stocko and Greg for approval.
  • If approved, you are to notify the venue/group, and a brewdate will need to be booked.
  • Ideal outcome of ANY collab:
    • It is done in the classic YH way, and is enjoyable to everyone involved.
    • It represents EXTRA beer volume to the customer.
    • It is in and out as quickly as possible. Ideally the customer sells through their agreed allocation in no more than 1 month.
    • It leads to more opportunities for YH with that customer. I.E. more taps, more BOM’s, more POS and branding, more volume.
    • It leaves the customer a lifetime fan and exponent of YH
